Director, choreographer and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Dame Arlene Phillips has teamed up with the British Heart Foundation to support its Bag It.

Beat It. campaign, which asks supporters to donate bags of unwanted items to help raise money for the charity. Phillips commented 'It was really therapeutic clearing out my wardrobe and finding items to donate to Bag It. Beat It. Every week around 2,000 families lose a loved one to heart disease, but with continued support from the public, the BHF can fight harder to reduce this figure. I'd encourage everyone to get involved this September and turn their unwanted stuff into life saving heart research'.
